• The milk frother can produce both warm and cold froth for cappuccinos, as well as heat warm milk for lattes. The maximum capacity for milk froth preparation is 125 ml, while for warm milk preparation it is 250 ml. There are maximum level indicators for both the milk frother and the milk warmer, as well as a minimum milk level indicator. The milk is heated to a temperature range of 140°F-160°F, although the foam may be cooler. You can enjoy milk at the optimal temperature for drinking.
• To make warm drinks, simply press the ON/OFF button once and release it immediately. This will turn on both the heater and frother. If you press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds, only the frother will turn on, while the heater remains off. This feature allows you to make cold drinks.
• When using the milk frother, the milk must contain at least 3 grams of protein and should not have any added flavoring. It should also not be ultra-pasteurized with an extended expiration date, as this may affect the frothing process, especially as the milk approaches its expiration date.
• The exterior of the milk frother is made of stainless steel and has vacuum insulation. It also comes with a detachable base and a free cleaning brush. Please note that this product is designed for use with North American Electrical Standards and operates at 120V only.
